How Does It Work?

What is the purpose of the Arizona Xtra Network?

A long-standing problem facing youth organizations is the rising costs to participate, which ultimately falls on the parents. The days of popcorn, cookie dough, and discount cards are over because they simply don't cut it when it comes to effective fundraising.

As a result, organizations turn to seeking sponsorships by local businesses in exchange for a banner to be displayed at events, or a logo on a t-shirt. The problem? While well-intentioned, these traditional sponsorships offer little transparency or measurable return for businesses. There’s often no way to track whether the investment brought in any new customers, and many businesses end up saying "yes" just to support the community, even if it doesn't fit within their marketing plan

Arizona Xtra offers a smarter, more accountable solution: a performance-based sponsorship model that connects businesses directly to their community while providing tangible results. It allows local companies to give back in a meaningful way, only after they’ve gained a customer, and ensures that donations go where they matter most: to the youth programs their customers care about.

How does it work?

The process is simple, efficient, and built to benefit both your business and the community:

  1. You Join the Network

As a vendor, you sign up to be listed in the Arizona Xtra Network as a participating business willing to give back.

  2. You Get Referred by Arizona Xtra

Local youth organizations and Arizona Xtra promote your business to families and supporters. When someone inquires about your service through Arizona Xtra, that lead is tied to the customer’s preferred organization.

  3. You Complete the Job

Once you’ve completed the work and the customer confirms everything is finished and paid for, Arizona Xtra sends you an invoice for the pre-agreed contribution amount.

  4. Arizona Xtra Sends the Donation

Arizona Xtra then handles the rest, processing the donation and crediting it to the youth organization the customer selected.

Is there any up-front cost?

Not at all!! You only pay after you get paid for a completed job. Arizona Xtra retains 20% of the pre-determined contribution as our fee.

How are fees determined?

We realize that not all jobs are the same, and margins fluctuate based on the service type. We work with you to determine a fair marketing fee and allow you to determine what is appropriate. Obviously, the more you give, the more attractive your service offering will be to the customer.

How do you hold customers and vendors accountable?

For a customer to qualify for a contribution, they MUST register and request a quote through Arizona Xtra and agree to the terms, so you as the vendor are aware prior to providing an official quote. The customer must report that the job as been completed and you the vendor will be asked to verify you have been paid in full before we issue an invoice.

What if a vendor fails or refuses to pay after getting a deal?

Integrity means everything and nobody wants to be known as the business that steals from kids. Failure to do your part will put a freeze on any future opportunities and likely cause your company to be banned from the network and receiving qualified leads at not up-font cost. Plus we will send you to collections, so let's not go down that road.
